Medisky Hospital is looking for a highly experienced General Manager / Hospital Administrator to lead the overall administration and operations of one of our hospital branches at Maheshtala or Dankuni.
This is a senior leadership opportunity with a defined path towards Chief of Hospital Operations (CHO).
POSITION
General Manager / Hospital Administrator
? Maheshtala or Dankuni branch, West Bengal
? ₹70,000–₹90,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability
12-MONTH LEADERSHIP PATH
First 12 Months → General Manager, Medisky Hospital
The selected candidate will be responsible for the complete operational and administrative management of the assigned hospital branch, including:
Hospital operations and administration
Staff management, discipline and manpower
Doctor, Nursing and departmental coordination
SOP implementation and KPI monitoring
Patient experience and grievance management
Licensing, statutory compliance and inspections
CMOH / Swasthya Bhawan liaison
Revenue,



cost control and operational efficiency
Vendor, facility and maintenance management
MIS, reporting and management reviews
Handling critical situations and operational escalations
After 12 Months → Potential Promotion to CHIEF OF HOSPITAL OPERATIONS (CHO)
Based on performance, leadership capability and management evaluation, the candidate may be promoted to Chief of Hospital Operations, with broader responsibility for hospital operations across Medisky.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 15 years of experience in hospital operations
Proven experience independently running a 100+ bed hospital in West Bengal
Must have experience running a NABH Fully Accredited Hospital
Strong understanding of hospital administration, compliance and statutory requirements
Solid professional rapport with CMOH offices and Swasthya Bhawan
Experience dealing with government authorities, inspections, licences and regulatory matters
