We help creators with product ideas or working prototypes raise funds from a community and find the right guidance to actually manufacture and ship their products. About the Role: We are looking for a Management Intern (paid internship) to assist our management heads with their daily operations. Your primary role is to help our team manage their workflow by taking on delegated tasks and ensuring the day-to-day work moves smoothly.
More importantly, this role is a learning opportunity. You will get a front-row seat to see exactly how a startup operates from the inside. By working closely with our internal team and being around product designers, creators, and mentors, you will learn the practical realities of running a business.

Key Responsibilities




Assist the management team with daily administrative and operational tasks to keep workflows moving efficiently.
Help coordinate basic communication and scheduling between our internal team, creators, and our mentor network.
Support the campaign management process by helping to organise logistics, track project milestones, and manage data.
Shadow department heads to learn the mechanics of startup operations, vendor relations, and the crowdfunding ecosystem.

What We Are Looking For
A solid willingness to learn how a startup runs day-to-day.
Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable taking on delegated tasks from multiple team members.
Someone who values plain, direct, and straightforward communication.
A genuine interest in hardware products, design, or the creator economy.
