Position Purpose: Drive the technical vision, architectural design, and high-level development strategy for IAM & C-IAM core IT platforms.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Define and lead the technical roadmap and architectural vision for complex IT systems and platforms.
Lead the design of scalable, high-availability distributed systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Provide expert-level guidance on programming best practices, conducting deep-dive code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and performance.
Architect and implement robust APIs to facilitate seamless integration across business lines.




Drive the adoption of modern software engineering practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD automation, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Mentor and lead developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Evaluate and select new technologies, frameworks, and tools to modernize the technical stack and reduce technical debt.
Collaboratively define technical specifications and translate complex business requirements into executable technical designs.
Oversee the security posture of developed applications, ensuring compliance with GDPR, DORA, and internal group security policies.
Act as the final escalation point for critical technical issues, leading root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes.
