The Intelligent Business Automation (IBA) tribe is organized as a central automation hub (RPA, BPM) that leverages a wide range of technical and governance capabilities (cloud, API, observability, security, etc.) to deliver consistent, scalable automation solutions aligned with the group’s digital‑transformation initiatives. It operates within a corporate department dedicated to enablers and works closely with the Centers of Expertise, the CIO Office, and the design & transformation functions
