About the Role
We are looking for a Law Enforcement & Liaisoning professional to manage law enforcement matters, union-related issues, and critical operational escalations across an assigned zone.
The role will serve as a key interface between Rapido and police authorities, law enforcement agencies, unions, local authorities,
and other external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and minimizing disruption to business operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a quick-paced, field-oriented environment and be able to handle sensitive situations, negotiations, and crisis escalations with maturity and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with local police, law enforcement agencies, unions, and other government authorities to support smooth business operations.
Manage and resolve law enforcement matters involving accidents, police investigations, union disputes, protests, harassment, public-order issues, and other operational incidents.
Act as Rapido’s primary point of contact for law enforcement and external stakeholders during critical incidents and escalations.
