Swellwell Minechem Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Export Documentation Executive to join our team at our Kolkata office.

We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified mineral company based in Bhuj, Gujarat, engaged in the manufacturing, processing and global export of Bentonite and other industrial minerals. We work with international clients and manage export shipments across different markets. www.swellwell.com

? JOB ROLE
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
1️⃣ Handling various export-related documentation from order processing to shipment completion.
2️⃣ Client coordination through email and other professional communication channels, ensuring timely responses and documentation.
3️⃣ Maintaining proper tabulation, records and data related to export orders, shipments and documentation.
4️⃣ Coordinating with relevant internal teams, logistics partners and other stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation and dispatch processes.
5️⃣ Ensuring documents are prepared accurately and within required timelines.

? KEY REQUIREMENTS




✅ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in export documentation
✅ Minimum Graduation from a recognized institution.
✅ Valuable proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook/email.
✅ Practical knowledge of various export documentation, including:
• Insurance documentation
• MSDS / SDS
• Shipping & logistics documentation
• Commercial and shipment-related documents
• Other documentation required for international exports
✅ Strong written communication skills and professional email communication with international clients.
✅ Good attention to detail, documentation accuracy and record-keeping ability.
