Position Summary
Design and implement M365 services such as Intune, Policies, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform, authentication, access management, and single sign-on (SSO).

Responsibilities
Platform Architecture & Governance: Design, scale, and maintain enterprise-scale M365 ecosystems. Establish governance models for SharePoint Online,



Teams, and Power Platform.
Security & Identity Management: Manage Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Microsoft Purview (DLP, Information Protection).
Tenant Management & Migration: Lead complex tenant-to-tenant migrations, on-premises to cloud, or hybrid Exchange and Teams deployments.
Automation & Scripting: Develop complex PowerShell scripts and Graph API solutions for reporting and system automation.
Escalation & Leadership: Serve as Tier-3 escalation support, resolve complex platform outages, and mentor junior administrators.
Emerging Tech: Drive the adoption, licensing, and management of Microsoft Copilot and AI agents within the tenant.

Requirements
8-12 years of relevant experience
M365 Workloads: Deep, hands-on expertise in Exchange Online (Hybrid mail flow), SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams Phone/Calling
