Role Description The Creative Branding and Visual Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for translating brand strategy into visual identities, including logos, typography, color systems, and design guidelines. The designer will create assets for digital and print touchpoints such as social media, websites, presentations, packaging, and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency across all brand communications. Day-to-day work includes brainstorming with the creative team,



developing mood boards, crafting design concepts, iterating based on feedback, and preparing production-ready files. The role also involves collaborating with writers, strategists, and clients to refine narratives into visual systems that are distinctive, functional, and aligned with project goals.

Qualifications
Strong skills in visual identity and branding design, including logo development, typography, color theory, and layout.
Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and experience producing assets for both digital and print.
Ability to interpret brand strategy and narrative into clear visual systems, mood boards, and creative concepts.
Experience in creating social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and website assets with attention to detail and consistency.
