Role Description The Head - Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.



This role is responsible for leading the sales function, defining and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets. Day-to-day tasks include managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, overseeing the sales pipeline, and ensuring strong relationships with global clients and partners. The Head - Sales will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, design, and production teams, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and representing Heather Grey at client meetings, industry events, and presentations.
Qualifications
Solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, and manage pipelines effectively.
Proficiency in Account Management to nurture long-term client relationships and manage key global accounts.
Demonstrated Team Management capabilities to lead, coach, and motivate sales
