Role Description The SAP ABAP Consultant will work on-site at YemPover Inc. in New Delhi on a contract basis. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining SAP ABAP programs and customizations to support business processes. The role involves working closely with functional teams to gather requirements, building and testing technical solutions, and troubleshooting issues in existing SAP implementations.



The consultant will participate in performance optimization, debugging, and documentation of code, as well as support integration and enhancement projects to align SAP systems with client needs.
Qualifications
8 to 10+ years of exclusive SAP ABAP experience.
Strong SAP ABAP development skills, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Experience with core ABAP components such as BAPI and IDoc for integrations and enhancements.
Proficiency in implementing ALV Reports for custom reporting requirements.
Hands-on experience with User Exits or similar enhancement frameworks to extend standard SAP functionality.
Good understanding of SAP modules and business processes (e.g., FI, MM, SD) and their technical integration.
Ability to analyze functional specifications and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
Robust debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving capabilities in SAP environments.
