Key Competencies:
Proven expertise in thermal energy systems, heat exchangers, and high-temperature systems
Robust understanding of high-temperature materials (metals and non-metals), steam cycles, and boiler systems
Deep hands-on experience with:
Process engineering and P&IDs;
General arrangement drawings, plant layout, pipe routing, FEED
Heat and mass balances, thermal/mechanical calculations
Ability to design, select, and size process ancillaries: pumps, pipes, valves, fans, control systems, instruments, etc.
Familiarity with ASME / IBR / API / Indian Standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
A proactive team player, collaborator, and leader
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-temperature thermal energy systems




Perform process and thermal calculations for heat exchangers and TES
Prepare specification sheets and detailed fabrication drawings for manufacturing
Review and finalize manufacturing drawings
Oversee fabrication in coordination with the manufacturing team
Validate and enhance design through thermal simulations
Participate in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) process as required
