Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to strengthen Mentric's brand presence while driving digital growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, creating impactful marketing campaigns, enhancing customer engagement, and generating quality leads through integrated digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and positioning
Develop and execute branding strategies to strengthen Mentric's market presence and brand identity.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital and offline communication channels.




Build brand awareness through innovative campaigns, thought leadership, PR initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
Plan and execute employer branding and corporate branding initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling brand stories, success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Drive high-quality lead generation campaigns for training programs while maintaining brand consistency.
Develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business growth and brand objectives.
Manage website content, landing pages, user experience, and conversion optimization.
Oversee SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical, and Local SEO) to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
