Role Description The Collection Agent role at Bajaj Finserv is a full time, on-site position based in Santipur. The Collection Agent is responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, explaining outstanding balances, and negotiating payment plans in line with company policies. This role involves maintaining accurate records of collection activities, updating account information,



and coordinating with internal finance and customer service teams to resolve payment-related issues. The Collection Agent responds to customer queries professionally, follows compliance and regulatory guidelines, and works to achieve individual and team collection targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection for managing overdue accounts and securing timely payments.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and handle queries or concerns.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance to understand account details, repayment structures, and basic credit principles.
Relevant experience in collections, banking, or financial services is beneficial.
Ability to work with targets, handle pressure, and manage multiple customer accounts efficiently
