About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Design Intern who can manage customized orders from understanding the requirement to coordinating with the design and production teams for execution.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of fashion and design, be comfortable working on customized requirements, and have basic-to-robust illustration skills to visually communicate design ideas when required.

What You'll Do
Handle customized fashion orders from the initial requirement through coordination and execution.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, measurements, design references, and customization requests accurately.
Coordinate with the design team to translate customer requirements into feasible and aesthetically appropriate designs.
Work closely with designers, production,



and other internal teams to ensure orders are executed accurately and on time.
Prepare or assist with fashion illustrations, sketches, design references, and visual representations wherever required to communicate the final design.
Make necessary design modifications and revisions based on customer requirements and internal feedback.
Ensure that all customization details are clearly communicated to the relevant teams before production.
Track the progress of customized orders and follow up with the respective teams to ensure timely completion.
Maintain proper records of customer requirements, approved designs, revisions, and order details.
Assist in suggesting suitable fabrics, colors, silhouettes, prints, embellishments, and design elements based on the customer's requirements.
Identify potential design or execution issues and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve them.
