Role Description The Performance Marketing & AI Automation Lead will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, ensuring measurable results and ROI. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid campaigns, analyzing campaign data, running performance tests, and implementing AI-based automation tools to improve targeting, bidding, and workflow efficiency.



The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams, presenting performance insights, and recommending data-backed improvements to marketing strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali district, requiring close collaboration with the local team and hands-on involvement in campaign operations and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
Robust Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
Experience with Performance Management and Performance Testing for digital marketing initiatives.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting results to stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM) and marketing analytics tools.
