We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Microsoft Sales Manager to lead sales growth, business development, and customer acquisition for Microsoft-focused technology solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or sales management, with a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and decision-makers.
This role requires a commercially driven professional who can identify new opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, develop strategic accounts, and consistently achieve revenue targets. You will work closely with technical, consulting, and delivery teams to understand customer requirements and position appropriate Microsoft solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, pipeline,



and customer acquisition targets.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and customer segments.
Drive end-to-end IT sales, including prospecting, lead generation, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain robust relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, business owners, and other key decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and opportunity tracking.
Lead business development initiatives to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.
Understand customer business challenges and collaborate with technical teams to recommend suitable Microsoft-based solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, commercial discussions, and product demonstrations.
Develop account plans for strategic customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling and ups
