We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience in B2C sales to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer selling, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into customers.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable products or services, handling objections, and driving sales closures. You will play an important role in achieving revenue targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete B2C sales cycle, from lead generation and customer engagement to conversion and post-sale follow-up.
Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, online platforms, and other relevant channels.
Understand customer needs, preferences,



and pain points to recommend appropriate products or services.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally and work toward successful closures.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Meet and consistently work toward individual and team sales targets.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases, referrals, and long-term engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams such as customer support, operations, and marketing to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and revenue.
