About the Role
Preemptive Technofield is looking for an Accounts & Compliance Officer to independently manage statutory, tax and payroll compliances along with core accounting activities. The role requires strong hands-on experience with government portals, timely filings, reconciliations and compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GST reconciliation, E-Invoicing and E-Way Bills.
Handle TDS/TCS calculations, payments, returns, Form 24Q/26Q/27Q and TRACES reconciliation.
Manage EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, DPT-3 and ROC/MCA compliances, including online filings and payments.
Ensure timely compliance through respective GST, TRACES, EPFO, ESIC, Income Tax and MCA/ROC portals.
Maintain compliance calendars, statutory records and supporting documentation; track deadlines and ensure zero missed filings.
Handle payroll compliances, statutory deductions, Form-16 and Full & Final settlements.
Coordinate Statutory,
Tax, Internal and GST Audits and provide required schedules/documents.
Manage supporting accounting activities including Tally/Busy, AP/AR, BRS, ledger reconciliation and month-end closing.
Prepare compliance and finance-related MIS reports for management.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Accounts & Statutory Compliance, preferably with a Private Limited Company.
Robust hands-on experience in GST, TDS/TCS, EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, DPT-3 and ROC/MCA.
Proven experience independently handling online statutory portals and end-to-end filings.
Strong knowledge of accounting and reconciliation processes.
Proficiency in BUSY Accounting Software and MS Excel.
Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple statutory deadlines independently.
