Role Description The Marketing Manager (Performance, WhatsApp & Instagram Marketing) will lead the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for MagickWorld. This full time,



on-site role based in Jaipur involves planning and optimizing paid and organic campaigns on Instagram, managing WhatsApp marketing flows and broadcasts, and coordinating CRM journeys across these channels. The role includes daily monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, audience segmentation, A/B testing creatives and messages, and collaborating with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for building and nurturing the parent community, improving conversion funnels, and preparing regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications
Strong performance marketing skills, including planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across social media and mobile channels.
Hands-on experience with Instagram marketing, including content collaboration, audience targeting, and campaign analytics.
