We are looking for experienced IFRS Advisory professionals to join our offshore team supporting RSM Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IFRS research, technical accounting, and implementation, with prior advisory experience. Big 4 experience is highly preferred.
This is an opportunity to work on international client engagements while being based remotely in India.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical research on IFRS and related accounting standards.
Support IFRS implementation and advisory engagements.
Analyze complex accounting issues and provide technical recommendations.
Prepare technical accounting memos, reports, and client deliverables.
Review and interpret IFRS requirements for financial reporting.
Assist in the preparation and review of IFRS-compliant financial statements.
Collaborate with onshore teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Stay updated on changes to IFRS standards and their business impact.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce,



Finance, or a related field.
CA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting.
Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience preparing technical accounting documentation and advisory reports.

Preferred Experience
Assistant Manager
7–8 years of IFRS advisory and implementation experience.
Big 4 or reputed consulting firm experience preferred.
Experience managing client engagements and mentoring teams.
Senior Associate
3–4 years of IFRS advisory or technical accounting experience.
Exposure to IFRS implementation projects.
Big 4 or reputed consulting firm experience preferred.
