About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in generating qualified leads in both B2B and B2C segments, particularly within the US and Indian markets.



This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and LinkedIn Ads. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns to drive lead quality and volume. They will work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless lead-to-conversion process. The role demands a proactive approach to campaign management, continuous performance analysis, and optimization to achieve key performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS. This position operates on a US shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, requiring flexibility and dedication to meet campaign deadlines and client expectations.
