Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role for a Reputed Client based in Gurugram. The Real Estate Consultant will identify and develop real estate opportunities that support Pixel Portal’s business operations, including office and facility needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and evaluating properties, coordinating site visits, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records of real property assets.



The role involves building and managing relationships with property owners, brokers, and partners, as well as negotiating terms and assisting with documentation and compliance. The consultant will also collaborate with internal teams to understand space requirements, support decision-making, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Solid knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, preferably in Gurugram and surrounding areas.
Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing transactions.
Effective Negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms and manage agreements with property owners and partners.
Experience in Training team members or stakeholders on real estate processes, documentation, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present recommendations clearly.
