About The Role





Ferg’s Bar is looking for an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to lead our Front of House team across all services, from breakfast and daytime trade through to busy evening and cocktail-focused shifts.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced bar environment, leads confidently from the floor and has a genuine passion for hospitality, cocktails and creating exceptional guest experiences. You’ll oversee the smooth running of the shift, maintain service standards and ensure Ferg’s Bar delivers an outstanding experience at every time of day.

40+ hours per week with a flexible roster, perfect for early risers, night owls or somewhere in between.
