About the Role




We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations and delivering a premium guest experience. The candidate should have strong experience in premium/fine dining or 5-star hotels.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant and floor operations.
Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, grooming, and ambience.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure effective service recovery.
Lead and supervise the FOH team, including Captains and Stewards.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure smooth coordination between FOH and Kitchen.
Monitor service quality, table management, order accuracy, and service timelines.
Drive upselling and revenue through effective guest engagement.
Support manpower planning, team training, and performance management.
