We're hiring: Business Development Executive – Events & Partner Networking (Mumbai)

At Ofin Global, we help Indian entrepreneurs set up and stay compliant in the UAE – business setup, visas, banking, VAT and corporate tax – along with the Indian side of the equation (FEMA/ODI, GST, tax residency) that most setup consultants ignore.

We're now building a field business development team, and I want to be honest about the role: this is not an inbound telesales job.

You'll be Ofin Global's face in the market. Your week is spent where business owners already are – chambers of commerce, trade bodies, CA and ICAI forums, BNI/JITO/TiE, Dubai property expos, coworking spaces, industry fairs. Your job is to turn those rooms into qualified UAE setup consultations and referral partners (CAs, brokers, bankers, immigration consultants etc). An inside consultant closes; you own the relationships that keep the pipeline full.

What we're looking for:
2+ years selling services to SME owners in the field – International Business Setup, insurance/wealth, business loans, SaaS/ERP, immigration or similar




Someone who can walk into an event alone, build rapport, and follow up like clockwork
Hindi + English, plus Marathi
Comfortable with evening events, weekend expos and travel in the territory
UAE business setup experience is a a must
