Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000/month
We are looking for a creative, passionate and knowledgeable Influencer & Content Strategist who understands what makes influencer content generate attention, engagement and sales.
What you'll do
Develop influencer marketing and content strategies for Kerala Secrets
Research and identify the right creators, content styles and campaign opportunities
Analyse our existing influencer collaborations and identify what drives performance
Develop hooks, scripts and storytelling concepts for influencer Reels
Understand each influencer's personality and audience and create content specifically for them
Study viral content, trends and consumer behaviour to develop new content ideas
Work closely with influencers, content marketers and the video editor
Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve content strategy
Build systems and processes to scale influencer marketing
What we're looking for
Strong understanding of Instagram, influencers and short-form content
Excellent hook writing, script writing and storytelling skills
Strong creative and analytical thinking
Ability to understand why content works or doesn't work
Good understanding of consumer psychology and conversion-focused content
Hands-on influencer marketing experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Someone who takes ownership, experiments and learns quickly
Portfolio/examples of influencer campaigns, scripts or content strategy will be highly valued.
