Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to support business growth through effective coordination, execution, and client engagement across the organisation. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing BD strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Support business development activities and growth initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operations
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and partners
Prepare basic reports, trackers, and documentation related to BD activities
Support senior BD team members in day-to-day operations

Preferred Profile:
4–5 years of experience in Business Development or a similar role
Basic knowledge or exposure to the Logistics & Transportation industry
Positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills




Ability to support execution of BD strategies and operational tasks
Prior internship or similar role experience will be an added advantage

Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with experience in stakeholder management and account growth.
Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and creating business proposals or presentations.
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or technology-driven services, with aptitude for understanding complex solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
Proven organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualif
