Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven App Growth Specialist to drive installs, reduce CAC, and scale revenue for our mobile app. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, and conversion optimization, with a solid understanding of the UAE market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
User Acquisition & Scaling
• Plan, execute, and optimize app install campaigns across Meta, Google App Campaigns (UAC), and TikTok Ads
• Continuously scale campaigns while maintaining target CAC
Performance Optimization
• Monitor and improve CPI, CAC, and ROAS
• Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and funnels
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
• Improve App Store & Play Store conversion rates (ASO basics)
• Optimize landing pages and onboarding flow




• Collaborate with product team to improve in-app conversion
Analytics & Tracking
• Work with tools like AppsFlyer / Adjust
• Analyze user cohorts, retention, and LTV
• Build reports and actionable insights
Retargeting & Lifecycle Marketing
• Set up retargeting campaigns across channels
• Improve user retention and reduce churn
• Plan re-engagement strategies
Creative Strategy
• Develop UGC-style videos and ad creatives
• Continuously test and iterate messaging
DSP / Programmatic (Valuable to Have)
• Experience with DV360, The Trade Desk
• Use DSPs for retargeting and audience expansion

Requirements
Must Have
• 3–5 years experience in app growth / performance marketing
• Proven track record of scaling app installs and improving CAC
• Strong experience with Meta & Google App Campaigns
• Experience in UAE/GCC market

Good to Have
• Experience with subscription-based apps
• DSP/programmatic
