About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager with strong exposure to the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and supporting business teams in building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, closing, presales, marketing, and corporate roles.
Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business hiring requirements.
Coordinate with business heads and managers to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the selection process.
Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and joining formalities.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace initiatives.




Manage HR policies, processes, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Address employee concerns and support effective grievance resolution.
Track recruitment metrics, hiring status, and HR reports.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and labour regulations.
Build strong relationships with employees and business stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Good understanding of HR operations and employee engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Robust knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment platforms.
