Role Description This is a remote Telecaller – Digital Marketing role. The Telecaller will engage with potential and existing clients via phone and online channels to introduce digital marketing and web development services, explain offerings, and address queries. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining call records in CRM tools, and coordinating with the digital marketing and sales teams to support campaigns. The role also involves assisting in basic online research about prospects,



sharing promotional content, and contributing to lead generation and conversion activities.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a transparent and professional telephone manner.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as social media marketing, online advertising, and website development.
Ability to use computers and common office software; familiarity with CRM or lead management tools is an advantage.
Good organizational skills, including maintaining accurate records, managing follow-ups, and working with targets.
Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet connectivity and the ability to manage time independently.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales support, or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
