Job Description – Business Sales Strategy Manager
Job Summary:
The Business Sales Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, improve market share, and enhance overall business performance. This role works closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales processes, and deliver data-driven strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies.
Monitor sales performance and recommend initiatives to improve productivity and revenue.
Develop sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports.
Identify opportunities for market expansion and customer acquisition.
Support pricing strategies, sales planning, and commercial initiatives.
Build business cases and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.




Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
MBA is preferred.
5–8 years of experience in sales strategy, business strategy, sales operations, business development, or commercial planning.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
