Job Title: Specialist - L&D;

Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for driving the Learning & Development agenda for the Land Mobility business by identifying capability gaps, designing and implementing learning interventions, managing technical and behavioural development programs, and fostering a continuous learning culture. The role will partner closely with business leaders and functional teams to enhance workforce capability, support competency development initiatives, and ensure alignment of learning programs with business priorities and future skill requirements.

Education Qualification: MBA in HR

Experience: 3-5 years

Job Responsibilities:
Administrative / Co-Ordination - Coordinate with internal SMEs, external training partners, and educational institutions. Manage training logistics, communication, participant nominations, and completion tracking. Support digital learning initiatives and e-learning deployment. Support engagement initiatives, employee connects, wellness programs, and recognition activities.



Coordinate learning-linked engagement programs such as knowledge sessions, learning weeks, and capability campaigns. Support HR events and employee communication initiatives.
Execution / Implementation - Drive Training Need Identification (TNI) across functions through discussions with business leaders and managers. Develop and execute the annual training calendar aligned to business priorities. Design learning initiatives aimed at enhancing technical, functional, behavioural, and leadership competencies. Support implementation of competency frameworks and role-based development plans. Create learning roadmaps for critical talent and key functional roles. Manage end-to-end execution of learning programs including: a) Technical capability development b) Manufacturing excellence programs c) Quality and safety trainings d) Behavioural and leadership programs e) Compliance and mandatory trainings Support execution of: a) Assessment Centres b) Dev
