Job Description:
We are looking for an Interior Designer & CAD Drafter to handle international hospitality drafting/submission work and local commercial/residential interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise 2D AutoCAD drawings for international hotel projects.
Work with client codes, standards, redlines, and revision requirements.
Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs.
Handle concept design and space planning for office and residential projects.
Prepare presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
Coordinate with clients, site teams, and vendors.
Must-Have Skills:
1–3 years in Interior Design/Architecture.
AutoCAD – Mandatory.
Robust technical/production drafting skills.
BOQ and quantity take-off experience.
Good MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Ability to work with US clients and meet tight deadlines.
Portfolio demonstrating space planning and concept design.
