? Salary: 7 – 12lpa
? Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in Business, Marketing or related field

? YOUR ROLE
✔️ Identify & convert potential franchise partners
✔️ Drive regional sales & franchise acquisition
✔️ Build solid relationships with franchisees, landlords & key stakeholders
✔️ Conduct market visits & generate new business leads
✔️ Evaluate potential franchise locations
✔️ Present and negotiate the franchise model
✔️ Monitor existing store performance & identify growth opportunities
✔️ Collaborate with Marketing & Operations teams for regional initiatives
✔️ Maintain regular activity reports, forecasts & market insights





? WHO SHOULD APPLY?

✨ Strong Business Development & Sales experience
