Role: Career Development Officer (CDO)

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Career Development Officer (CDO) to lead and scale our
career support and mid-funnel engagement strategies for students. This is a strategic-yet-hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has experience in high-growth startups or educational organizations, and understands how to move individuals from learning to employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct regular travel within the assigned territory to meet with school and college
stakeholders, including principals, professors, and career counsellors, to build and maintain
solid institutional relationships.
 Schedule, organize, and deliver impactful seminars and presentations to student groups
(ranging from 50 to 100 attendees), showcasing our programs and career development
opportunities.
 Proactively engage with educational institutions to secure seminar dates and participation,
ensuring alignment with outreach and admissions targets.
 Plan, implement,



and manage offline marketing campaigns to increase visibility and drive
student interest.
 Support and execute innovative marketing and admissions strategies aimed at enhancing
program awareness and generating leads.
 Follow up on leads generated through seminars and outreach activities via phone calls, and
convert prospective students into confirmed admissions.

Requirements:
 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to address large student
audiences confidently.
 Strong interpersonal skills to engage with academic stakeholders and decision-makers.
 Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
 Prior experience in educational outreach, field sales, or admissions is preferred.
 Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
 Master degree in Business or Commerce industry will be an added advantage
