Role Description The Structural Modelling & Detailing Engineering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagercoil. This role oversees structural modeling and detailing activities, ensuring accurate steel design, connections, platforms,



and pipe racks in alignment with relevant codes and project requirements. The individual will manage engineering workflows, coordinate with BIM, mechanical, and process teams, and review models, drawings, and calculation packs for quality and constructability. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring the structural engineering and detailing team, planning and tracking project progress, resolving technical issues, and supporting integration of tools and processes. The manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to clarify requirements, maintain documentation, and ensure timely, coordinated delivery of structural engineering outputs.
