About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Coach – AR to lead and support the Accounts Receivable team for Home Healthcare accounts. The role requires strong knowledge of US healthcare RCM, AR follow-up, denial management, team performance, and client/process requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead, coach, and mentor AR team members to achieve productivity, quality, and collection targets.
Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of SLAs and KPIs.
Handle AR follow-up for Home Healthcare claims, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims.
Review aging reports and prioritize accounts for timely resolution.
Identify denial trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
Conduct regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.




Ensure adherence to client guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve complex AR issues.
Prepare and share performance reports and operational updates with management.
Support training, process updates, and new-hire onboarding.
What You Bring
4+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / Accounts Receivable.
Experience handling Home Healthcare AR is preferred.
Prior experience in a Team Coach / SME role.
Strong understanding of US healthcare billing, denials, appeals, and AR follow-up.
Good knowledge of payer processes and healthcare terminology.
Robust analytical, communication, and people-management skills.
Ability to manage performance in a target-driven environment.
