Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Relationship Manager role based in Coimbatore. The Insurance RM will manage and grow a portfolio of insurance clients, providing advisory support on life, health, and general insurance products. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding their risk and protection needs,



recommending suitable insurance solutions, and assisting with policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and insurance partners, handling customer queries and claims support, and ensuring high levels of service and policy persistency. The Insurance RM will also work towards achieving sales and revenue targets, maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines, and preparing regular reports and updates on portfolio performance.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement.
Sound knowledge of life, health, and general insurance products, along with basic understanding of broader financial services.
Proficiency in communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in straightforward terms.
