Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HRIS Analyst to support the ongoing administration and maintenance of our Human Resource Information System, with primary responsibility for UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Core HR and Workforce Management systems.

This role is responsible for ensuring employee data accuracy, processing system updates, managing HRIS tickets, and providing timely support to employees and managers.



The ideal candidate will have hands-on UKG experience and thrive in a structured, high-volume, SLA-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Administration
Serve as system analyst for UKG (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Document Manager modules).
Process employee lifecycle transactions include recent hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, compensation updates, and organizational changes.
Maintain system security roles and user access permissions.
Ensure data accuracy through routine audits and reconciliation activities.
Support payroll processing by validating employee data prior to payroll deadlines.
Maintain documentation of processes and standard operating procedures.

Ticket Management & Employee Support
Manage and resolve HRIS-related tickets through the company’s ticketing system in accordance with established SLAs.
Work with IT and other internal and external teams for issue resolution.
