We're looking for a Social Media & Content Lead who can take complete ownership of our clients' digital presence—from strategy and storytelling to execution and performance.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi, where you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, photographers, filmmakers, marketers, and strategists to create industry-leading work.

What You'll Own
This is not a coordination role.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, making decisions, and driving projects independently.




You'll be responsible for:
Developing and executing social media strategies for multiple luxury and premium brands.
Planning monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
Conceptualizing campaigns, Reels, carousels, stories, and LinkedIn content.
Writing compelling captions, scripts, and brand storytelling.
Coordinating with designers, photographers, videographers, editors, PR professionals, and performance marketers.
Planning and managing content shoots from concept to execution.
Reviewing every creative before it goes live to ensure quality and brand consistency.
Managing publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Monitoring analytics, identifying opportunities, and continuously improving content performance.
Staying ahead of digital trends while ensuring every piece of content feels premium, timeless, and strategically relevant.
