Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru, with a compensation of up to 5.5 LPA. The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee daily sales activities, manage a portfolio of properties, and guide prospective clients through the buying process. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating deals, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate sales records,



and providing consistent client follow-up to ensure a high level of service. The Real Estate Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning and sales growth.
Qualifications
Relevant real estate credentials, including a valid Real Estate License where required, and knowledge of Real Property regulations.
Practical experience in Real Estate sales, with a strong understanding of property transactions and local market dynamics.
Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong Customer Service capabilities, with the ability to build relationships, address client needs, and provide transparent communication.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
