About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to support our project and operations team in coordinating day-to-day project activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to project planning, task coordination, stakeholder communication, reporting, and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager/Project Coordinator in planning and coordinating ongoing projects.
Track project tasks, timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
Follow up with internal teams and stakeholders regarding task updates and project requirements.
Maintain project trackers, reports, documentation, and status updates.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
Assist in identifying project delays, dependencies, and potential risks and escalate them to the concerned manager.




Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Update project management tools and maintain accurate project records.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
Support the team with administrative and operational tasks related to project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Basic understanding of project management concepts and project life cycles.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborativ
