About the Role
SR Medicare Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Tender to manage end-to-end government and institutional tender activities.
The role will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing tender documentation, coordinating technical and commercial bids, submitting tenders within timelines, ensuring compliance, tracking tender progress and coordinating with tender authorities.
Hands-on experience in field tender work is a priority, including visits to government departments, procurement offices and hospitals for tender submission, document verification, follow-ups and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and track government and institutional tenders through relevant procurement portals.
Prepare and submit complete technical and commercial bids within prescribed deadlines.




Handle e-tender submissions through GeM, CPPP and other relevant procurement portals.
Ensure compliance with tender eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
Maintain records of EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees and security deposits.
Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Finance and Logistics teams for tender-related documentation.
Track tender progress, including technical evaluation, price bid opening and final results.
Maintain tender MIS and prepare regular reports for management.
Visit government departments, procurement offices and hospitals for tender submission and document verification.
Follow up with tender authorities regarding clarifications, corrigendums and bid status.
Handle physical tender submissions and meetings with tender committees whenever required.
Coordinate with institutional procurement departments and other relevant stakeholders.
