This is a full-time, on-site Special Educator role located in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities
Assessments: Evaluate a child's cognitive, social, and academic skills to identify unique learning needs.
IEP Creation: Design and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)



tailored to each child.
Intervention Sessions: Conduct one-on-one or small group remedial teaching sessions.
Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Coordinate closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and child psychologists.
Parent Counseling: Guide families on home-based strategies and track milestones regularly.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Special Education or related fields.
Certification: RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration is typically preferred or required.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, or learning disabilities.
Skills: Strong patience, empathy, communication, and behavioral management techniques.
