Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role based exclusively in Rajkot, and the company is not considering relocation for this position. The HR Executive will handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding coordination, personnel file management, and maintaining HR databases. The role involves assisting with payroll inputs, attendance and leave tracking, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.



The HR Executive will help design and implement employee engagement initiatives, coordinate training programs, and support performance management processes. Daily responsibilities also include responding to employee queries, preparing HR reports, and collaborating with management to improve HR procedures and workplace culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid HR operations skills, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and HR data management.
