Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Gorakhpur.



The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling expense reports, maintaining records and documentation, supporting executive presentations, and ensuring timely follow-ups on key action items. The role also involves managing incoming communications, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and assisting with office administration to ensure smooth operations. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted point of contact for leadership, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
