Role Description The Hospital Management Trainee will support day-to-day operations within EyeMantra’s hospitals, working closely with administrative, clinical, and support teams to ensure smooth functioning of patient services.



Responsibilities include assisting with patient flow management, coordinating appointments and admissions, supporting front-desk operations, and helping maintain service quality standards. The trainee will contribute to data collection and reporting, support implementation of hospital policies, and assist in monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves learning and participating in basic budgeting, inventory, and vendor coordination activities, as well as handling patient queries in a professional and empathetic manner. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, offering structured training and exposure to modern hospital management practices.
