Are you a business leader with a strong local network and the ability to build high-performing teams?
A new digital-first business referral networking organisation is appointing founding Root Directors across every state and union territory of India.
This is not a desk job.
It is a ground-level leadership opportunity where you will take real ownership of building and operating the referral network in your district or state.

? WHAT YOU WILL OWN

✅ Launch and grow business member groups across your territory
✅ Recruit, train and manage area leaders
✅ Conduct weekly referral sessions and monthly leadership reviews
✅ Drive member satisfaction, retention and annual renewals
✅ Track referrals, business generated and member success stories
✅ Build relationships with chambers, trade bodies and business associations
✅ Report monthly performance numbers to national leadership

? WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, franchise operations, chapter management,



community building or association leadership
• Proven ability to build teams and achieve targets
• Robust business connections within your district or state
• Confidence in conducting online meetings and using digital platforms
• Fluency in English and the primary local language
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

• Experience with a referral or business networking organisation
• Experience organising business events with 50+ attendees
• Knowledge of membership sales and annual renewal cycles
