Role Description
Preparation and posting of Journal Vouchers (JV) and accounting entries in Tally and Zoho Accounting Software.
Managing monthly/periodic book closures and ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
Preparation of MIS reports, cash flow and fund flow statements, and other financial reports to track business performance.
Preparation and reconciliation of GST data, including monthly GST reconciliations and timely GST return filing.
Preparation of TDS workings,



timely payment of TDS, and monthly/periodic TDS return filing.
Ensuring tax compliances and regulatory requirements are completed accurately and within prescribed timelines.
Processing vendor payments, statutory payments, and other banking transactions.
Managing accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements for multiple clients.
Preparation and maintenance of financial statements and management reports.
Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Analysing financial and accounting data to support management decision-making and business planning.
Providing assistance in ROC, RBI, and other statutory/regulatory compliances.
Coordinating with clients and internal teams for obtaining information, resolving accounting issues, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
