About the team and role: To develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth, increase brand visibility, support sales teams, and strengthen relationships with diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, clinicians, and channel partners.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans for diagnostic products and services.
• Design and execute product launch strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and improve customer engagement.
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), laboratory heads, clinicians, and hospital management.
• Organize CMEs, workshops, conferences, webinars, and scientific promotional activities.
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, digital content, and product literature.
• Track product performance, market share, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
• Coordinate with principals, vendors,



and internal teams for product positioning and marketing support.
• Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies for market expansion.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical marketing practices.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports, forecasts, and business reviews.

Must haves:
• 5–10 years of experience in diagnostic, medical device, or healthcare marketing.
• Experience in IVD, pathology, molecular diagnostics, or laboratory solutions is preferred.
